Manu Ginobili (elbow) likely for Game 2

Manu Ginobili begged Gregg Popovich to play in Sunday's Game 1, but Pop elected to hold him out with his elbow injury.
"You know (darn) well he's not happy with me," Pop said. "And you know (darn) well he wants to be on that court. But I made my decision." Popovich will have to live with that decision, but it would be shocking to see Manu on the bench again in Game 2 - especially now that the Grizzlies hold homecourt advantage over the No. 1 seed.
