Tim Duncan plays well, but Spurs lose Game 1
Tim Duncan - F/C - San Antonio Spurs
April 17, 2011 - 4:50 PM ET

Tim Duncan had 16 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks in Sunday's Game 1 loss to Memphis.

Duncan was solid today, but didn't get much help from his fellow big men, while Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol were too much today. Starter Antonio McDyess had just three points and one rebound, and was replaced by DeJuan Blair to start the second half, but he finished with just nine points and six boards on 3-of-9 shooting. Meanwhile, Tiago Splitter never got off the bench.
