Can Brandon Jennings be a leader for Bucks?

After Brandon Jennings voiced his displeasure with some of Milwaukee's recent personnel moves during the regular season, Scott Skiles recently said that he wasn't sure if Jennings could ever develop into a team leader.
The exact quote that Skiles gave was, "It's something we constantly talk about. It's something he's trying to work towards but it doesn't come naturally to him so it's definitely a work in progress," and was part of a larger discussion about the entire team's lack of leadership this season. While his words probably weren't meant as an indictment of his young point guard, this just serves to further stir the pot in Milwaukee.
