Miller (thumb) leaves after three minutes

Mike Miller played with protective braces on both of his thumbs on Saturday, and lasted just three minutes before having to leave the game after aggravating his right thumb.
He hasn't been effective this season, so the Heat aren't losing much if he can't get himself right, but the thought of Miami winning a title without Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller before the year would have drawn raised eyebrows. We're calling Miller questionable for Game 2 and beyond for now.
