According to Bill Ladson of MLB.com, Stephen Strasburg only has a "twisted" knee and it's not being considered a serious injury.

Strasburg felt a pop in his knee while shagging fly balls Thursday and was taken to a hospital for tests. He's likely to be scratched from his scheduled start Saturday but should be completely fine by spring training.
