Billionaire investor offers to purchase Kings

A billionaire supermarket tycoon has emerged as a potential buyer of the troubled Kings franchise, hoping to keep the team in Sacramento, though the Maloof brothers aren't likely to sell.
NBA owners can block the Kings' potential move to Anaheim, which would "effectively force the Maloofs to sell the team." One difficulty is the fact that Sacramento needs a new arena, the financing for which remains uncertain at best.
