Kobe Bryant has been fined $100,000 for his homophobic slur aimed an an NBA referee on Tuesday night.
"Kobe Bryant's comment during last night's game was offensive and inexcusable," said commissioner David Stern. Kobe avoided a suspension and will start in Wednesday's finale, which is all that really matters in fantasy, but that is a pretty hefty fine. And if he picks up another technical foul tonight, which would be No. 16, he will serve a one-game suspension to start next season.
