Ginobili held out of fourth w/ tight hammy

Manu Ginobili was held out of the fourth quarter on Saturday as a precaution, because coach Gregg Popovich was afraid that his hamstring had tightened up.
Ginobili has missed a few recent practice sessions with a strained hamstring, but he didn't sound worried after the game. He missed all eight of his FG attempts on Saturday, but made 7-of-7 FTs to finish with seven points, four rebounds, six assists and two steals.
