Westbrook returns to full practice Thursday

Brian Westbrook (concussion, ankle) returned to a full practice Thursday.
He's on track to start against the Chargers Sunday, though owners should check back Friday to make sure he had no setbacks with either injury. Sure to split touches with LeSean McCoy if he plays, we have Westbrook ranked as the No. 17 fantasy option with McCoy coming in at No. 23.
