Clinton Portis not at practice, as expected

Clinton Portis (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.
He probably won't practice all week. Teams are being more and more careful with concussions and Portis was knocked out cold in Week 9. The Redskins re-signed RB Quinton Ganther on Wednesday, a sure sign that they don't expect Portis to play in Week 10. Ladell Betts will start against the Broncos.
