Chris Mason allowed four goals on 29 shots, but still picked up the victory as the Thrashers defeated the Islanders 5-4 on Saturday night.
This was Mason's first start since November 14th. Probably for good reason, considering he has allowed three goals or more in his last 9 games. With Ondrej Pavelec continuing to play very well, Mason's continue to get limited action. However, he did do just enough to win the hockey game and has a record of 7-5-1. Mason has a sub-par save percentage of .895 and a swollen goals-against average at 3.91. Avoid him in all fantasy leagues at this point.
