Kobe's 28 points lead to easy win over NO
Kobe Bryant - G - Los Angeles Lakers

Kobe Bryant led the Lakers to a 104-98 victory over the Hornets on Sunday, scoring 28 points on 11-of-21 shooting with two rebounds, one assist, and one steal.

Kobe posted 26 of these points during the first half, driving at will and being aggressive with Pau Gasol (hamstring) and Andrew Bynum (elbow) out. With these guys out he's turned into a one-dimensional scoring machine, but we expect him to revert to last year's distributor role when they return.
