Tayshaun Prince will be out indefinitely due to a small rupture of a disc in his lower back, the team said Saturday.
That should secure spots in the rotation for fringe players like Jonas Jerebko, Will Bynum and Austin Daye for the next few weeks, but hurts the Pistons in real life due to losing one of their best defenders.
