Milan Lucic scored two goals in Boston's 5-2 win over the Islanders Thursday night.
Lucic opened the scoring with a powerplay goal 14 minutes in to the opening period, then added his second of the game with just over a minute left in the final frame. The 22-year old winger has 15 goals and 25 points in 27 games this season, giving the Bruins the production they need from him on the team's top line. Zdeno Chara was the only other Boston player to register multiple points, finishing with two assists. Michael Ryder, Patrice Bergeron, and Brad Marchand were the other Bruins' goal scorers.
