Dwight Howard's 17th technical foul has been upheld by the NBA after a review.
Howard is now one tech away from another one-game suspension. Orlando tried to argue that the latest technical foul Superman picked up Monday night should have been a delay of game, but the league didn't buy it. If Howard gets another one, Ryan Anderson would be in line for a start.
