Jalen Rose arrested for DUI on March 11

TMZ.com is reporting that Jalen Rose was arrested for driving under the influence after he lost control of his vehicle and crashed on March 11.
He won't say whether he was or wasn't under the influence when it happened in a statement released by his attorney, claiming to want to deal with the matter through the courts and not through the press, which is what many guilty people say that are trying to keep from saying incriminating statements that can be used against them in court. While he may protect his rights, the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy for children may need a section on public relations.
