Jere Lehtinen announces his retirement

Jere Lehtinen has officially announced his retirement, according to the Dallas Stars.
He played 14 seasons with the organization where he amassed 875 games, 243 goals and 514 points. Lehtinen was regarded as one the NHL's top defensive forwards and he proved that feat by capturing the Selke Trophy three times over his career. We wish him the best in his retirement.
