Gasol not likely for Lakers on Friday

Pau Gasol is still not likely to play on Friday, despite nearing a return after an MRI revealed a strained hamstring, and not a slight tear as originally believed.
"I'm far from playing on Friday," he said. He also said he wasn't sure about playing on Sunday, which would give fantasy owners a difficult decision to make for Week 3.
