Bynum sits out on Thursday night

Center Andrew Bynum missed Thursday's exhibition against Denver with a strained rotator cuff in his right shoulder.
Bynum could play on Friday's preseason finale, but said that he would "definitely" play in the season opener on Tuesday. Pau Gasol may not play in that game with a hamstring injury, which would likely do wonders for Bynum's box score.
