BOSTON - A youth hockey player's fantastic trick goal at Boston's TD Banknorth Garden has become an Internet sensation.
A video shot for a promotion for the Boston Bruins shows a player for the Portland Junior Pirates League in Maine making an incredible one-on-one shot. The player, identified as 9-year-old Oliver Wahlstrom, spins around, twists his stick and sends the puck sailing past the stupefied goalie.
The video was taped for the latest edition of TD Bank's Mini 1-on-1 challenge at Boston's TD Banknorth Garden. The promotion begins Oct. 29 at the Bruins game vs. New Jersey.
