Cris Collinsworth's Smoked Salmon Pizza

Serves 4 to 6
One 12-inch thin-crust Boboli pizza crust
One 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons bottled horseradish
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons capers
One 4-ounce package smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion cut into rings
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Bake the pizza crust directly on the oven rack for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned and crisp. Cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, horseradish, chopped onion, and capers, using a kitchen fork to fully incorporate the ingredients. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust, then top with the smoked salmon and onion rings. Sprinkle the dill on top ands cut into slices using kitchen shears. Serve immediately.
