Girlfriend won't press charges on Dolphin

The girlfriend of Dolphins practice squad DB Will Billingsley will not press charges related to domestic battery incident on Monday.
"He didn't do anything," the girlfriend said. Billingsley has been ordered to avoid contact with his girlfriend for several years. It's not yet known if the Broward State Attorney's Office will pursue charges.
