Shane Doan notched the game-winning overtime goal in the Phoenix Coyotes' 2-1 triumph over the Calgary Flames on Thursday night.
With an expiring contract, the Coyotes captain will surely be a name bantered about as the trade deadline nears. Regardless if he is willing to leave or not, the Yotes are in the midst of a four-game winning streak, and as long as they're in the playoff picture, the chance he sticks only becomes greater. The veteran now has 16 goals and 18 assists. Taylor Pyatt also scored (seventh) in the first period. Rostislav Klesla, Kyle Chipchura, Radim Vrbata and Ray Whitney all recorded assists.
