Alex Auld gets win in rare start

Alex Auld allowed three goals on 27 shots in the Senators' 4-3 win over the Predators Thursday night.
Craig Anderson needed a little break tonight. In fact, Ottawa's number one goalie didn't play for the first time in 23 games. Auld is a decent backup that knows his role and is content with it. He is a good team guy that understands the role of a back-up goaltender in the NHL. He can be called upon to start a string of games if need be but should not be on anyone's fantasy radar.
