B. Watson WDs from Doral despite Wed. tweet

Bubba Watson withdrew prior to his opening round of the World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship, citing the flu.
Golf Channel's Randall Mell wrote on Twitter: "Bubba Watson took a few warmup swings on range, hit one ball and just now told Ian Poulter he is WDing. Watson has the flu." On Wednesday, Watson acknowledged that he was ill, but wrote the following on his Twitter page: "My whole body aches, but tomorrow & Friday will be ok because there is no cut!!!" UPDATE: This afternoon, Watson wrote the following on Twitter: "Just got back from the doctors office!! I will be ready to go next week."
