Yi may return to Nets early from China

Yi Jianlian may be allowed to skip the rest of the Stankovic Cup in China and return to New Jersey earlier than expected in order to prepare for the start of the season.
Yi has been playing very well for Team China, but the Chinese media is reporting that team officials are considering his request to return to the states early. This is somewhat surprising news, and just another reason we are starting to really like Yi as a sleeper pick this year.
