Torrey Mitchell will join Sharks' second line

Torrey Mitchell will play alongside Joe Pavelski and Ryane Clowe on Tuesday.
Mitchell had been serving on San Jose's third line, but he'll get a chance to show what he can do as a top-six forward. "It's as much a reward for Torrey Mitchell's good play ' and I think he's been a very effective player for us even if he hasn't scored a lot," Todd McLellan said. As McLellan indicated, Mitchell's offensive numbers have been less than remarkable this season. He has just one goal and three points in nine contests.
