In his blog at Golfweek.com, Billy Horschel wrote, "Depending on how well everything goes, I am hoping to play in some tournaments before the end of the year."
The rookie had his wrist surgery in New York City on March 8. Originally, he said that he didn't plan on returning to action until 2011, but considering his youth and relative severity of the injury (similar to Luke Donald's in the second half of 2008), it shouldn't prevent him from hitting full shots come the Fall Series (or in a rehab stint on the Nationwide Tour). If you're interested in a long-term investment here, he's going to begin 2011 near the bottom of the reshuffle category, which will require him to start the year strong. Even in the deepest keeper leagues, it's not worth it unless he tears it up in the Fall Series.
