NFLPA, NFL to discuss new CBA in June

The sides are hoping to avoid a potential 2011 lockout first and foremost, but are likely also concerned with the salary cap situation for 2010. The owners have opted out of the current CBA, and NFLPA director DeMaurice Smith says the players don't get why. Commissioner Roger Goodell countered that Tuesday by saying the union should know the specifics "to the penny."
