Titans signed C Fernando Velasco off their practice squad.
Velasco will provide depth behind veteran starter Kevin Mawae.
Packers placed C Jason Spitz (back) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Spitz was expected to play a big role this year after he beat out incumbent center Scott Wells, who will now continue to start. Spitz hasn't practiced since Oct. 15. He's a free agent after this season.
Dolphins signed ILB J.D. Folsom to off their practice squad.
Folsom will provide some depth Sunday with Channing Crowder (shoulder) out.
Broncos released CB Jack Williams.
Williams was released to make room for recently signed Ty Law, who passed his physical on Saturday morning. Williams was the team's 2008 fourth-round pick out of Kent State.
Patriots signed CB Kyle Arrington off their practice squad.
Usual starter Joanthan Wilhite is banged up, so Arrington will likely take Darius Butler's old special teams duties, as Butler will play more defense. Arringtn is a former undrafted free agent from Hofstra.
Packers signed WR Biren Ealy off their practice squad.
There's speculation that this is a sign that Donald Driver (stinger) may not be ready Sunday, but we're not sure. He's probably just insurance with Jordy Nelson and Brett Swain both out with knee injuries and Jake Allen questionable.
Dolphins released ILB William Kershaw.
Kershaw could be back soon if Channing Crowder (shoulder) can't get healthy. Still, he's more of a practice body.
