Amir Sadollah was forced to withdraw from his fight due to a leg infection.

Former Ultimate Fighter champion Amir Sadollah has been forced to withdraw from his UFC 91 matchup after suffering a leg infection, according to the UFC.

Sadollah, who won the middleweight class of the seventh season (Team Rampage vs. Team Forrest) of The Ultimate Fighter, had been scheduled to fight the debuting Nick Catone in one of the featured bouts of the evening.

Sadollah is officially 1-0 in his career after beating C.B. Dolloway at the TUF series finale in June. After winning the show, he moved to Las Vegas to train with the vaunted Xtreme Couture gym. No timetable was given for his return.

Catone was a former Division I wrestling star at Rider University, who trains with standout UFC middleweight Ricardo Almeida.

The UFC said that they searched for a replacement for Sadollah, but were unable to find a suitable opponent, forcing Catone off the card.
