Randy Couture will fight for the UFC heavyweight title on Nov. 15. Less than one week later, his wife Kim will follow him into the cage, making her Strikeforce debut against Lina Kvokov on Nov. 21.

The fight will take place at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., on the undercard of Strikeforce: Destruction. The event is highlighted by two title matches: a lightweight championship fight with Josh Thomson defending his belt against Yves Edwards, and a light-heavyweight tilt pitting champ Bobby Southworth against Renato "Babalu" Sobral.

The 32-year-old Kim Couture lost a unanimous decision in her pro debut in June, dropping a fight to Kim Rose. Despite the loss, Couture earned a lot of respect around the MMA world for her toughness, fighting nearly the entire match after breaking her jaw early in the first round.

Kim Couture, of course, has the advantage of training with a world-class group of instructors, from her husband to kickboxing great Ray Sefo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu master Robert Drysdale.

The 33-year-old Kvokov also made her pro debut earlier this year. A former law school student and mother of four, Kvokov suffered an armbar submission loss to Tamara Parks in April.
