There were a handful of new additions to the Rivals150.
The new four-star prospects (ranking between 26th and 100th) are Oklahoma State commitment Raymond Penn of Richmond (Texas) Bush at 54th; Marquette commitment Junior Cadougan of Humble (Texas) Christian Life Center at No. 60; Jason Calliste of Durham (N.C.) Mount Zion at No. 86; Mangisto Arop of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, a Gonzaga commitment, at No. 80; and wing Aaron Dotson of Seattle Rainier Beach at No. 89.
Eight three-star (101st-150th) players debuted as well. They are Jordan Williams (No. 102) from Torrington (Conn.) High; Jordan Hulls (No. 106) out of Bloomington (Ind.) South; reclassified center Bawa Maniru (No. 111) of Madison (Ala.) Madison Academy; Nebraska commitment Vander Joaquim (No. 114) of El Cajon (Calif.) Christian; Garrius Adams (No. 128) of Apex (N.C.) Middle Creek; Matt Vogrich (No. 131) of Lake Forest (Ill.) Lake Forest Academy; Australian transplant Angus Brandt (No. 146) of Lake Forest (Ill.) Lake Forest Academy; and Ramon Galloway (No. 147) of Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) Dwyer.
Odds and ends
• There are 40 power forwards in the Rivals150, the most of any position. Shooting guard is next with 35, followed by small forward with 31, point guard with 25 and center with 19.
• Former class of 2008 prospects Rashanti Harris, Chris Braswell and Roscoe Davis are now in a post-grad season. Harris, a 6-9 center from Mississippi who will play at Columbus (N.C.) Patterson School, checks in at No. 26. Braswell, a 6-foot-8 post, once was committed to Georgetown but needed another year to get his academics in order. Now currently ranked at No. 78, Braswell is at Chatham (Va.) Hargrave Military Academy and has re-opened his recruitment. Davis, a West Virginia commitment, checks in at No. 101.
• A trio of players are now accounted for in the individual 2008 rankings. Rutgers center Greg Echenique is at 50, Cincinnati commitment John Riek is at 67 and Baylor forward Quincy Acy is at 84.
• With Brandon Jennings off to Europe and Riek entering the 2008 class, the team rankings were adjusted. Arizona fell out of the top 30 and Cincinnati checks in at No. 18.

Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 15 points and Evan Smotrycz added 13, helping No. 22 Michigan remain unbeaten at home with a 70-61 win over Illinois on Sunday.
