With the Patriots pursuing a 16-0 regular season, there’s concern over how much effort the Giants will expend in their finale and whether the Patriots will come out flat. Giants linebacker Antonio Pierce ratchets up the intensity saying two days before the game (which will be broadcast on three networks), "(Tom Brady) walks around like he's Prince Charles, like he's the golden boy. Watching on film when Philly was hitting him, the guy looks at them like, 'Wow, I got touched by the defense.' He doesn't get hit often and he walks with an arrogance. The guy hasn't gotten touched so he has no reason to fear anything." That "here we go again" feeling ensues.
