Dublin (Ohio) Scioto four-star safety Bradley McDougald already had a slew of solid scholarship offers on his resume. Teams like Cincinnati, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Wisconsin have all offered him.
Now that the spring evaluation period is here, more schools are jumping on board.
"I got an offer letter from the University of Louisville," McDougald, who is 6-foot-1 and 188 pounds, said.
"I haven't talked to them on the phone yet. They just sent me some letters informing me about the school. I haven't had a lot of contact with them. I like Louisville, I think it's a good program."
There are a few schools that have been more diligent in their pursuit of McDougald.
"Mike Tressel stopped at my school, and he is the recruiter for Michigan State," he said. "I would have to say Indiana has been sending me the most information. They send the most hand written letters post cards and stuff. With e-mails and what not."
McDougald said he's open to playing both in the Big Ten and outside of the conference.
"It's not just the Big Ten," McDougald said. "That's not what I am basing my decision off of. I like Boston College and Kansas, and they are not in the Big Ten. I look at more of what the program is, rather then what conference they are in."
