Signing day inches closer, but not all of the blue chippers have chosen a school. Here is a look at the top 10 uncommitted prospects.

1. Terrelle Pryor, QB, Jeannette, Pa. (Jeannette): Meet the quintessential mega-recruit. He already is drawing comparisons to Vince Young. And, if you've seen the 6-6, 230-pound Pryor, you know why. Schools in the running: Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State

2. Julio Jones, WR, Foley, Ala. (Foley): Big (6-4, 215), fast (4.4) and strong (315 bench), Jones is the complete package at receiver who will make an instant impact wherever he lands. Schools: Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Oklahoma, Texas Tech

3. Darrell Scott, RB, Ventura, Calif. (St. Bonaventure): He is considered to be the top running back in the nation. Scott has been called the next LaDanian Tomlinson. Schools: Colorado, Texas, UCLA

4. Jerrell Harris, LB, Gadsden, Ala. (Gadsden City): Fast and physical, Harris is a difference maker because of his instincts and natural skills. Schools: Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, USC, Tennessee

5. Brandon Harris, CB, Miami (Booker T. Washington): What Harris lacks in size he compensates for with uncommon speed. Schools: Florida, Miami, Ohio State, UCF

6. Nick Perry, DE, Detroit (Martin Luther King): He will provide an instant impact as a pass rusher wherever he lands. Witness his state-record 35 sacks last season. Schools: Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, USC

7. Devoe Torrence, ATH, Massillon, Ohio (Washington): A lithe athlete with speed and surprising strength, Torrence figures to fit best playing on the perimeter on the next level. Schools: Akron, Cincinnati, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Pitt, Purdue

8. T.J. Bryant, DB, Tallahassee, Fla. (Lincoln): A fast and physical corner, Bryant has a rare combination of lock-down ability and run-support skills. Schools: Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami, USC, Tennessee

9. Tommy Streeter, WR, Miami (Northwestern): At 6-6, Streeter is a long and rangy wideout who is deadly in the red zone. He also is fearless going over the middle. Schools: Boston College, Florida International, Miami, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Oregon, South Carolina, USF, UCF

10. Quinton Coples, DE, Chatham, Va. (Hargrave Military Academy): A pterodactyl coming off the edge, Coples figures to be a future All-American once he fills out his long frame. Schools: Florida State, N.C. State, North Carolina, Tennessee
