NBCSports.com and msnbc.com announced Monday a partnership that gives sports fans everywhere access to the latest and most comprehensive news, video, and interactive sports features, all in one place. The multiyear agreement makes NBCSports.com the official sports channel of msnbc.com and NBC Sports.

The new NBCSports.com combines msnbc.com’s news coverage and award-winning original journalism with the wealth of original programming provided by NBC Sports on-air and online. The result is a powerful sports destination that will deliver video, breaking news, photos, standings, scores, in-depth features, fantasy sports news and information, fantasy games, social tools and NBC Sports’ coverage of major professional and amateur sports.

In addition to contributing content and operating from one publishing platform, msnbc.com and NBC Sports will combine advertising and sponsorship sales efforts. The NBCSports.com site will provide advertisers with a rich platform to reach millions of consumers who enjoy professional and amateur sports. The exclusive content on NBCSports.com includes Notre Dame football pre-game, halftime and post-game shows, “Sunday Night Football” wrap-around programming featuring Bob Costas, Cris Collinsworth, Tiki Barber and Jerome Bettis, NBC Fantasy Fix Live with Tiffany Simons and Rotoworld.com’s Gregg Rosenthal and ‘The Mad Dog Minute’, with Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo.
