AP fileDallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban will compete on "Dancing with the Stars," Sports Illustrated reported Sunday on its Web site, citing an unnamed source.
Sports figures have done well in past seasons on the show, with Apolo Ohno and Emmitt Smith winning.
Former "Beverly Hills 90210" star Jennie Garth, ex-Spice Girl Melanie Brown and singer Wayne Newton also will be on the show, SI reported.
The show, which starts its next season Sept. 24 on ABC, pairs 10 celebrities with professional dancers. They perform each week, with viewers and judges voting off couples until one remains.
