Royce Gracie seeks revenge in rematch with Japan's Sakuraba

Brazilian mixed martial arts fighter Royce Gracie is preparing for his rematch against Japan's Kazushi Sakuraba at the Los Angeles Coliseum on June 2.

“We worked with a lot of big sparring partners,” Marshall said.

A bantamweight fight between Manny Tapia and Brandon Foxworth ended at 3:17 of the second round. Though Foxworth is known for an ability to take a punch, he couldn’t handle Tapia’s power. Twice in the first round Foxworth was dropped by right hands. But a left hand in the second round forced the referee to stop the fight.

“He took my shots and just kept coming,” Tapia said. “He just wore me out.”

The bouts will be shown later on Versus television.
