Eleven years after O.J. Simpson was acquitted in the deaths of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman, the case still touches a raw nerve with readers. Here's a sampling of reactions to Simpson's book and an interview to be aired on Fox TV:

OJ is doing this interview for two reasons. THE MONEY and also to say to the Goldman and Brown families, Kiss my A--! What an absolute jerk, OJ is. What's worse is that an extraordinary amount of Americans will watch it and then Fox will make a killing. Wow, what has this world come to? — MoCap

Fellow jackasses Oprah and Jesse will rally to his side, I'm sure.  This guy will never be taken down as he should be.  Absolutely appalling. — SuzyLeeandBig3

OJ killed his wife, what a joke interview. If you notice OJ smirks just the like  president Bush when he is lying  stillgoingdouble jeapordy...double jeapordy. He is "confessing" to the crimes that he "might" have committed. He knows that there is nothing the law can do against him. He could shout it from the rooftops and they can't arrest or prosecute him for it. Smart move on his part to make a little money and have no consequenses for his actions. I'm not saying he's right, not at all, but from his end its smart PR. People are still in love with this "mystery". If we didn't care then where would all this be... — cmburks

If you watched the Oprah show, you would know that she- like most people in the world- believe that he is guilty. Don't throw race in there, just know that this is a sick individual, and anyone that plans on purchasing his book should know that they are then saying that they are o.k. with supporting a murderer. Race has nothing to do with it- mental health does. — sheiney

What must his children think?  how repulsive is this man?  Fox should be ashamed for even THINKING of airing an interview with this murderer. — just jen 2006

That this aging, money-grubbing, spotlight-hogging monster would do this in the first place is no surprise. What is surprising is that Fox could sink so low as to give him a forum. And please . . . don't call it news. This is about Fox's bottom line, making money, for profit, long green, cash-in-the-bank. In this case, Fox represents the basest of all human motivations: greed and profit, profit and greed. Shame on all ALL of you! — Schnitger

He was found innocent by a competent jury. This should be respected. If he makes a few bucks, he makes a few bucks. If one doesn`t like it, simply don`t watch this program or buy his soon to be best selling book. — Hehatemetoo

God what a great country that we live in that this could be put on the air. It's also a great country because we have the right to boycott FOX, Regan Books (I think that someone said that they are the publisher) and any company that might decide to sponsor this garbage. Hit them where they'll notice, since they don't have hearts, aim for their wallets!!! — Freedom Hound
