PITTSBURGH - The Pittsbrugh Penguins have said no thanks to Mark Cuban.

The team has rejected a bid to buy the team by a group that included the Dallas Mavericks owner and former Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino, according to ESPN, which cited multiple newspaper reports.

The report said that New York financier Andrew Murstein, who backed the bid, claimed the group increased its offer to more than $170 million on Friday. That was as high as the group wanted to go.
