Murray-Boyles projects to be an elite defender, but there are questions about how his offensive game will develop and if standing only 6’7” will limit his impact. However, his near 7’1” wingspan should help with that, and he was a solid playmaker in college. How well his shot develops will be critical. While Murray-Boyles is not a center, the defensive versatility and effort level should mesh well with a Raptors squad that was one of the best defensive teams in the NBA over the final three months of the regular season. His fantasy impact may be limited early on, especially with the need to improve his perimeter shot, but CMB should play rotation minutes.

Demin is considered a polarizing prospect in this class. He’s a 6’9” 19-year-old that is one of the best passers in the draft. That alone is enough for him to have elite upside, however, that is the only thing he definitely has going for him. He shot 27.3 percent from deep and 69.5 percent at the free throw line during his lone season at BYU. He isn’t a great defender. He struggles to create his own shot. Demin averaged 10.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.3 three-pointers in 27.5 minutes per game. There aren’t many players of his size that can pass as well as him, but he still comes with a ton of question marks. Fortunately for Demin, he’ll have plenty of room to stretch his wings and work through his growing pains for the rebuilding Nets.
