NEW YORK - The Mets dealt minor league pitcher Gaby Hernandez and outfielder Dante Brinkley to the Florida Marlins on Friday, completing this week’s trade that sent catcher Paul Lo Duca to New York.

Hernandez, a 19-year-old right-hander, was 6-1 with a 2.43 ERA for Class-A Hagerstown of the South Atlantic League, pitching a no-hitter on June 19. He was promoted to Class-A St. Lucie of the Florida State League on July 15 and went 2-5 with a 5.74 ERA.

The 24-year-old Brinkley, a 23rd-round draft pick in 2003, batted .266 with five homers and 24 RBIs in 54 games for St. Lucie.

Lo Duca was acquired the by the Mets from Florida on Monday.
